What kind of Information do you collect from me when I visit your website? We do not collect any information from those merely visiting our site. Does CML Distributing share information it collects from me with outside parties? No, any information you provide on the web site is used solely to fulfill a product order, a catalog request or research your inquiry. The information that you provide is stored in-house, separate from the Internet.

What do you do with my email address? CML Distributing collects your email address as part of your registration with us. We use this address to communicate with you about your account. We do not sell or otherwise give out your email address to others.

 


How else do you use information about me? Once you make a purchase from us, you become a part of our customer records. As a valued CML customer, we will add you to our mailing list to receive future catalogs and offers. Anyone emailing us for information that does not register will not be added to our mailing list, We do not share your personal information including e-mail addresses to anyone except for our licensed distributors who may ship your order. These distributors are legally bound to use only the name and address that you provide to ship your order.


How do I remove my name from CML Distributing's mailing lists? Contact us by email, mail or fax and we will remove you from our mailing list. Put " Remove" in the subject line. Please include your account number, name and address.


How quickly can I expect my order to arrive? Your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours (pending payment authorization), and should arrive within 7-12 business days, in most cases much faster. Orders placed after 5pm EST will be processed the following day.


Can I track my order? Yes, we will email you your tracking number as soon as your item(S) is/are shipped.


Do you ship outside the United States? Yes, but shipping costs are significantly higher. Please contact us before ordering and we can advise of the shipping charges.


What type of payments do you accept? We accept PayPal at this time.

Shopping on a secure server guarantees that your information is protected in the best way possible. If you are uncomfortable purchasing from our ONLINE Store or do not see the SSL Secure icon on your browser that signals that the order form is secure, please order our products through the MAIL.


What is your return policy? Orders can be returned up to 30 days after the ship date for a full refund minus shipping and gift wrap charges. If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the unopened product back to the address below in its original sealed packaging. You can expect a refund within one billing cycle of our receiving your returned product. If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted from the credit we apply to your credit card. Please note, we do not accept returns for cosmetics and skincare items due to health reasons, please make your selections carefully.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.
